    Look, I have nothing against eggnog; in fact, I like it. But c’mon, it can’t be the only player in the creamy holiday cocktail game. This lil guy is incredibly fast to put together and basically tastes like having a Christmas party on a tropical island. Who doesn’t want that? It’s thick and rich, spicy and sweet, chilled to perfection and covered in sprinkles because WHY NOT. I hope you love it!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ounce spiced rum (I like Zaya 12) 
- 1.5 ounces amaretto 
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (I like soy delicious because it’s insanely thick) 
- 1/8th teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg 
- 1/8th teaspoon freshly grated cinnamon stick 
- nonpareils or other lightweight sprinkles for on top 
LET’S COOK:
- Combine the rum, amaretto, coconut milk and spices into a shaker 
- Give it a good shake 
- Add a generous amount of ice and shake again until the shaker is real cold 
- Strain into a glass and top with sprinkles
